About Mythic Technologies
A Salt Lake City IT consultancy, started in 2022 to give small businesses the kind of support usually reserved for big ones.
Background
I've worked in IT for ten years. For most of that time I was one half of a two-person team supporting around 130 people at a Salt Lake City law firm. We handled everything: help desk, servers, networking, security, and the large migrations and upgrades that come with a growing firm.
When a national law firm acquired that firm, I helped carry the office through the transition and stayed on. Today I support local operations and firm-wide applications, build automations that save staff time, and design and manage databases for trial teams across the country.
On the side I founded Mythic Technologies, setting up Microsoft environments, Exchange, Active Directory and Azure for clients, running cabling in new office spaces, and building custom websites.
Computers are hard, and that's okay
Nobody should feel embarrassed asking for help with technology. Whether it's a printer that won't connect, an email that went missing, or a network for a whole office, every question is worth asking.
You won't hear what you should have done differently. You'll get the problem fixed, a plain-language explanation if you want one, and a tip or two so it's less likely to happen again.
From one laptop to an entire office, the goal is the same: technology that works for you, and help that leaves you feeling more confident, not less.
